I’ve always been fascinated about the connection to our whole self.

Starting with my first love as a Holistic Facialist at my Sound Skincare studio, I spent many years treating skin, knowing that what shows up on the surface is often a mirror of our inner state.

I started to recognize that my clients’ concerns often extended beyond mere physical appearance - my treatment room became a safe space for things rooted in emotional wellbeing.

This led to a desire to explore the deeper than skin deep aspects of emotional health, human connection, and relationship dynamics.

I am a licensed skin therapist and relationship coach.

But the truth is: when it came to love, my deeply programmed beliefs were that of fairytales - that someone would simply come sweep me up and choose me. Blissfully unaware that my relationships always mirror back to me where I need love and healing.

I finally learned I was repeating the same patterns in love after my long-term relationship ended painfully in my mid thirties. I suddenly felt my life dreams flashing before me.

But as I began to heal and move forward, I noticed that my self-awareness was expanding; I was shedding old layers that had been keeping me stuck.

I embraced my softness, my feelings, and my voice.

I let go of the ideas, beliefs, and people (yep!)  that supported the previous version of me, but not the one I was becoming. 

I closed the doors to my beloved business that I started 6 years prior because I felt called to keep expanding my purpose.

I moved cities because it was in alignment with my new choices and opportunities.

It wasn’t an easy decision to let go of things I had invested so much time, love and energy into, but I intuitively trusted that in order to embrace these massive leaps, I had to continue to make space for the new ME that was emerging.

My new identity. 

One of renewal and expansion that resonates with my values and dreams, allowing me to step into a bigger, brighter future. The ‘me’ that was there all along.

I am becoming the one I have been waiting my whole life to meet.

This is why I’m passionate about coaching and helping you to see the glow within yourself.

I believe that we are all born inherently worthy of love, but our life experiences can fog this vision over time. My purpose is to shine a light on how you can achieve high self-worth. I create a safe and empowering space for you to explore your potential, because we all deserve to heal and be the creators of our own beautiful lives.

The relationship we have with our self sets the tone for every other relationship in our lives. It would be my honour to walk this path with you so that you can experience transformation and ultimately, rewrite your love story.
